You set up an account with iTunes -- You don't have to put in credit card details etc.. but if you do then you can keep buying and buying and it charges your card ( i wouldn't recommend this though.. i end up spending 100s >.> on my fathers card aswell)
Just set an account and buy kind of currency from those iTunes cards.

Some are free others aren't. But it also depends on what data plan you have with your phone provider.

beside the app it says free or if it costs money
