HELP!! Please fix/rate my Yu-Gi-Oh Deck (Experts Please)?

the deck looks ok, but i dont see the need for 3 breaker, 2 should suffice. and old vindictive magician is kind of slow, same with crystal seer, how about a tuner? you could try nights end sorcerer. he removes cards from plan, and is an easy tuner to get out thanks to magical exemplar.

i would get rid of the magicians circle, because it can hurt you too. replace it with a royal decree?

because with royal decree, and secret village out, your opponent can not activate spells or traps. and you still have your spells. and tempest magician, and arcanite (synchros) can get rid of those monsters and place more spellcounters on the field, to help lock them out even more.

Besides the "I had no idea you could have 3 breaker the magical warriors", your deck lacks a few needed cards like heavy storm and magic cylinder. I can see the purpose of your stalling cards, but having one more powerful magician wouldn't hurt (say chaos command magician for example). I would suggest adding a lightning vortex as well. Other than that, I would rate this deck 7/10 (won't work well against horus, gladiator beast, and other decks that rely on special summoning)

i say the same except you need more traps i had a deck in the high ranks with few spells but if you want a good quick kill deck get the battery man deck and fix it up with more b aa and stuff but that is a good magician deck.

id get rid of crystal seer and add 2 defender the magical knight
