I put it at least 10-15 minutes ahead ! But not for extra snoozing, it is to catch public transport,

so i am not arriving late for work at the other end.

Generally it gives me a little extra time for a drink or if anything takes longer in the morning like

my make up/ phone call/ walking my dog !! And i am up soon as the time is for me to wake, don't

ask me how..... but i wake without an alarm !! Always on time.... and i work shifts !!!! Crazy ha.

    About an hour...

I set my alarm for 7 am, I hit the snooze button about 5 or 6 times and I get up at 8am.

That never works for me. I go to bed knowing that the clock is set x number of minutes ahead, so I know that I'm actually allowed that much more time.

Depends...15 minutes if I have to go to work...

I'll keep hitting the snooze button till 2 in the afternoon otherwise... I likes my sleeps...

I tend not to, and then just shut off the alarm and keep sleeping... not so good for the times when I have a job - but, ahh, those stolen minutes of sleep are the best.
