They say only people with an IQ with 120 and over are able to figure this out. Are You one of them?

This is a real question. If it looks stoopid to you, then I say -me too! But the brainy people I know say it can be figured out. So I am putting it here to cheat. Thanks!

If:

2 + 3 = 10

7 + 2 = 63

6 + 5 = 66

8 + 4 = 96

Then:

    16*9=144

This is too easy. 144. the total multiplied by the first number. so the solution is 16 (the total) X 9(the first number) so (9+7)*9= 144.

It's really simple if you think about it. The answer is 144. The solution is this:

    2+3=5, 5x2=10.

    7+2=9, 9x7=63.

See the pattern? You multiply the addition problem by it's first number.

    144.

It's just add the two numbers, then multiply the sum by the first number of the equation.

    So, 9+7=16

    16x9=144

Source(s): I guess my IQ is over 120?

Solving a math problem does not determine a persons IQ, It only proves ones education level and that they can retain information, much like a parrot, in a manner of speaking.

    9+7 = 16 x 9 =144
