I haven't had period yet but yesterday i noticed every now and then i have brownish spotting. I have no cramps just nauseated some. Is this normal? I have read that some woman said this was miscarriage in their case

Give it another week or so. You could just be having a really like period or the spotting could be whats known as implantation bleeding which is definitely a sign of pregnancy. Thats how I knew i was pregnant. I'd wait a week and then get a pregnancy test just to make sure. Good Luck! :-D

I learn Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way. It even involves the sporting activities you have got to train. I additionally learn The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High-Risk Pregnancy. I adopted the Brewer vitamin whilst I used to be pregnant. I used the Bradley process with all 4 of my births. I additionally learn Husband Coached Childbirth, however that guide does now not include what you have got to train to get equipped for delivery.
