    Answer: if you are not a chemist or physicist, that standard would have nothing to do with your life. However, the education system is training you with some subjects like chemistry or physics or math or bio, on learning and memorization and logical, etc. How can you acquire the skills in learning and memorization and logical without practicing?

    Answer: It is not like that you have federal lows and state laws and city laws. Hence, we can say that the standard does not have any sub standards

    First, completely understand all of them in details. Do homework excises to practicing the application of the standard. At that time, you may tell the standard in your own words without thinking. It is like your English. I do not believe that you can speak English just when you were born. How have you learned all the grammar? Can you tell English grammar in your own words?
