yes, i have tears in my eyes when i am happy and too happy. This is natural for all. tear of happiness is associated with the emotional feeling of a person who laugh to much which can cause tears in our eyes. sometimes when you received a surprise you are being happy and tend to cry because of being happy. But, you say that you have no tear when you are happy is a matter by which i came to know that you take things smoothly and you have no overjoy or over sorrow. Yes.I had it once before I was young.

I don't mind sharing this with you all.I was 17 then.There is this girl I liked the most her character and everything.I have said her I love you one day but she didn't responded and crying like a child.I thought she hate me but after few days she came to me and told me "I love You".Then I realised it was tears of happiness that prompted her to cry and she couldn't speak.

I got melted and had tears of happiness at her response.That's the first time I experienced it. I may be a small kid then but my love is pure for me not infatuation.This days Iam little more mature.

Tears come from emotions and the chemical reactions we have associated with emotion. Some people are not as wide spectrum in the area of emotions and seem calm and cool in any emotional state. I think it must have to do with the chemical reactions we each have.
