SA - JP Duminy AB De Villiers are both young and are top quality already.

PAK - Umar Akmal is exciting to watch and seems to have a decent technique.

IND - Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli are all exciting to watch. Raina and Sharma need to work a bit more on their techniques.

AUS - Philip Hughes and David Warner are great strikers of the ball and can be very destructive. They could form a dynamite opening pair for the Aussies in the future. Its too early to tell on Mitchell Marsh.

NZ - Guptill for New Zealand is only 23 and looks a really good player.

BAN - Tamim Iqbal and Mamdullah have potential.

WI - Adrian Barath is the next big hope. Pollard is amazing too.

ENG - Eoin Morgan is decent. Alistair Cook is overrated.

SL - Kapugedera and Matthews are the hope. Tharanga is young and looks good at the top.

    Team- Test- ODI

AUS - Katich (tremendous performer after Langer and Big Hayden) – Watson (great strikers of the ball and can be very destructive)

BAN – Mushfiq (great technique and temperament as perfect test match player also playing useful inning in ODIs) - Tamim Iqbal (has potential to destroy any bowling side in the world)

ENG - Alistair Cook- don’t have any clue.

IND – Gutam (last season he showed what he can do) - Suresh Raina (exciting to watch his batting)

NZ –Taylor (makes his slot in NZ as no. 1 player) - Guptill (young and consistence)

PAK – M. Yusuf ( whatever happened he will score as he get the chance to play for Pak ) - Umar Akmal (has exciting batting style and has real decent technique)

SA – Hasim Amla - AB De Villiers (both are young and are top quality already)

SL – Tharanga ( is young and consistence too) – Sangakara ( took all the responsibility on his own shoulder as he is well capable of doing so )

WI – Chandarpoul (no matter what as like Yusuf his a real test match player now a days for WI) - Pollard (is amazing too remind me the match in last Champions trophy)
