What kind of procedure apply to a company who hiring my small business and never show me how much they charge?

The original agreement with this company was in any single work the profits to share has to be in 70% independent contractor (me) 30% the company.

At this moment after one year working with this company they never show me the list with the price they charge to the customers. They only give me a list with the prices I have to charge to the company according with the properties list they have at the moment.

The issue for me: I don't feel they are honest with me because never show the real prices, never explain me why the difference on prices between one customer and another, change of price list of my work for less money with the advice "if you like it good if not I don't care I have hundred applications of people ready to take your place".

I have a case with my problem? What government agency are responsible to investigate this kind of practice? what kind of lawyer I need?

Maybe you should eliminate the middleman and start selling your own product. If you have a written agreement for 70 percent of the profits, you have a right to see proof that they are giving you 70 percent. You want a lawyer who practices business law. Depending on the total amount of money involved, you might be able to sue in small claims court without a lawyer.
