Filed with H and R block free service and got email saying I have not filed?

I filed my federal income tax on 2/11 and got an email that night from H and R block about paying (it showed it was free) then I get another email from H and R block that said I had not yet filed my federal return and when I go to their page it will not recognize my social security number/dob on the help menu? Anyone else had this problem? I had a friend that got the same email?

    You should call their help line: 1-800-HRBLOCK (1-800-472-5625)

    They can probably help you figure out what happened.
