constant pain in right leg?

Question

my leg is constantly in pain and falls asleep to the point i cant even feel it any more also i get really bad pains in my chest. any suggestions on what it might be?

i would get it checked out by your doctor ... you hear about loads of blood clots these days

Your chest pain is from a pinched nerve in your back.  In this area of the body the pain seems to be transferred forward so if you look for the problem where the pain is you won't find it.  Your legs can be because of pinched muscles in your lower back that are putting pressure on the nerves going into your leg.  With enough pressure there it would be possible to make it sleep.   Here is how to release your back muscles which should help get rid of both problems:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body.  Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold.  After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do.  When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds.  Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
