All fruits and vegetables are healthy! As far as yummy, it's just what tastes good to you. Try a variety of fruit and you will find some favorites! With veggies, find some recipes on line that appeal to you and try them out.
My favorite is a stir fry with mung bean sprouts (those white ones), sliced red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, water chestnuts (these from a can), and broccoli. Healthy and delicious!

All fruits and vegetables are yummy to me! Every day I eat celery and carrots with fat free ranch dressing for lunch. I also love steamed veggies, especially broccoli and green beans.
For fruit, I love blueberries, apples, clementines, strawberries, and bananas.
I keep my fridge and pantry filled with fruits and vegetables instead of junk food. Once you try new ones, you begin to love them!

If you want yummy stick with fruit. Hard to find not yummy fruit, just make sure you pick good ripe fruit =)
Mango, cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries (any kind of berries really), pears (*ripe pears) are my favourites. Hope this helps =)

Acai is a new fruit that just recently came out and is really really healthy for you. I'm sure you've seen or heard about it before. You can get it in tablet form at any store!

cantalope, MANGO!!!! clementines are easy and seedless.
slice apples, and pears, grapes.
you can make homemade salsa- sooo easy and no blender
5 Roma tomatos (diced up)
1-2 limes (juice from them)
1 bunch cilantro (cut up )
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 jalepeno - to taste
salt to taste
yummy and healthy- go easy on the chips!

Peaches, some apples, red grapes, cantaloupe, honey-dew melon, watermelon, pears. All vegetables are good. I like beets, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, beans, green beans, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, squash, zucchini, green peas, black-eyed peas, any other type vegetable.

Sweeet Potato Fries made with Olive oil... YUMMY and i take califlower and put it in a pot with chicken broth and spices, when it gets soft mash it. It almost like mashed potatos without all the carbs!

Fruits and vegetables have hardly any calories, and they're easy to burn off w/ light exercise. And some vegetables like avocados are high in healthy fats.
