Have you had your gall bladder removed?

I did yesterday and was wondering if anyone would share their story on how long it took them to get back to normal. I thought this was a minor surgery but it feels major.

I had mine removed 2 years ago. I felt pretty crappy for 2-3 days after, then it started to heal pretty fast. By day 7 I was back to work (as a nurse) but kept my work load light for 2 weeks after that.

No. . . But my grandpa and 4th grade teacher have had their gall bladder removed, and my dad had his spleen removed.

And I am not sure how long it takes for one to get back to normal. My grandpa said about a week, but it really depends on the person. :p
