Where do I go to ask what happened to my Name & avatar?
All of a sudden, my avatar is a blank face and my screenname is ?. This is not the first time this has happened in Y!A and I'm not the only one it has happened to. So, who do I complain to?
All of a sudden, my Name & Avatar are back too.
Too bad Y!A has to keep 'improving' their product.

When you spot a glitch in Yahoo! Answers, you can report it using the feedback form linked at the bottom of every page, or visit the Yahoo! Answers suggestion board, linked in the green side margin of every page.
This particular glitch has been noted, but any further information would be appreciated.

Yahoo seems to be working on some servers (again), this morning (it's 7.55h am over here) screen names get changed all by themselves and avatars go missing and come back a couple of minutes later. Your problem seems to be related...
