I'm looking for a storage option for a truck with a tonno cover?

I recently got rid of my 86 ford f150 for a 06 f150. My old ford had an diamond plate tool box for the bed that I loved having. The new truck that I bought has a tonno cover on the bed. I really like having the cover and would like to keep it on the truck but now I'm wondering if anyone knows of any toolboxes or something of the like that I could install in the bed that would fit under the cover.

    Challenger tool box number 5548, just installed one in my truck 55x18x18
