Anyone know the name of this movie?

I'm just curious, because this movie was hilarious. It was about a girl, Mary Katherine Gallagher. She wanted her first kiss really badly, and she decided to get her first kiss she must become a super-star. Well, she has a crush on Sky, I forget his last name, and he's dating Evian. He dumps Evian because she and Mary got into a catfight, and Evian is pissed at Mary. Pleeeeeease help, I don't know what channel it was on, my friends tv doesn't have guide which is wacked up. Thxx!
