A local computer repair shop would be the best bet.
Also, you might try turning off your caps lock. And use some punctuation. That way people could understand you a bit better.

Take it a local computer shop and they can pull a forensic image of the hard drive, and depending how much information is still in the hard drive and hidden spaces, they can retrieve a good bit if they are using a program such as EnCase. But it will not be cheap.

You can use some keyloggers like spy buddy to keep track of what other s are doing with your computer.Just google for free keyloggers
