How much does the Sinai peninsula cost?

I want to purchase the Sinai from Egypt, but I am not interested in the Suez canal. How much will it cost,

I think by purchasing the territory, I can boost Egypt's economy, stop illegal arms to Hamas, and thus stop IDF from enetering Gaza.

I only really just want half of the central Wadi, and the east. Egypt can keep the western half.
