molality = moles solute / kg of solvent
since we are considering H2O only, then it is both the solute and the solvent.
moles soulte = mass / molar mass
= 24.975 g / 18.016 g/mol
= 1.386 moles
mass solvent = 24.975 g
= 0.024975 kg
molality = moles / kg
= 1.386 mol / 0.024975 kg
= 55.5 m

We can eaisly calculate the molality by using the for.
m=w.1000/m.W here w=24.975, m=18, W=100
Thus m=24.975(1000)/18(100) = 13.87molal
