Why are Brits prejudiced against people with red hair?

My dear girl, I myself have nothing at all against red-haired ladies. If truth be known I find them to be quite feisty creatures with boundless amounts of energy, if you know what I mean.

Now, I fear you may be confusing the fact that it is merely 'by the by' that the Duchess of Pork and Prince Harry have red-hair. What is of more relevance is that neither of them are very nice at all. Of course one cannot simply lay all the blame at young Harry's door. I daresay genes have a big part to play. I'm afraid Harry was doomed from the very start on that score, what with a flibberty gibbet for a mother and a cad and scoundrel of the highest order for a father. Major Hewitt has a lot to answer for!

As regards the Ferguson woman, I should think such literary tomes as Budgie the Helicopter are just about her level.
