If you could give a special memory of yours as a gift, what would it be?

Having a large knife pressed against my throat at the age of 10 by a fathers friend. Its not a good memory but it has helped me become who I am now. You learn alot more from the bad memories then you do the good ones I find.

Saturday mornings in the summer just after my first year of school when I appreciated the freedom that Saturday represented. Parents are asleep, I'm fully dressed, the front door is open to the warmth and sunshine and all I can do is look out through the screen door and listen to the buzzing of a million insects calling me outside. I remember tingling all over with anticipation, eager to begin a day of play and exploring, impatient for mom and dad to get up and give me permission to go through that screen door. It was almost unbearable ecstasy.

I'd give the memory to my father. It is of him and I. He was reading the "Winter Is Coming" book to me and he'd always make me laugh when the Rabbit would go "Brrr" by putting a lot of stress on that particular word.

To this day, when he does it, it still makes me laugh. I'd give him that memory so he can realize what he threw away a few years ago. =(

I'd give the memory of a baby girl who happened to give me the sweetiest look ever!
