Is Redspot Car Rental OK?

I am going to Gold Coast for holiday & was referred to this car rental. I only know the big 5 (Budget, Thrifty, Hertz, Europcar & Avis).

Is Redspot OK in regards to car reliability (old or new?) and service?

Thank you.

I never heard of Redspot to be honest. We travelled through Australia renting 6 cars in total and we all booked them through a site called vroomvroomvroom. They will show you all the cars available from the big car rental companies you mentioned. The best part is that you can book a car in advance, which we did two month prior, but if your plans change you can cancel your booking online, without having to call them or having to pay a fee. It was perfect for us!

You should also try Jolly Wheels Rent A Car in San Francisco. Their rental prices are really low and they don't charge a lot of fees.
