Updgrading Ipod touch from 8 gig 2G to 16 gig 3G?
I need to know if there is a way to upgrade the ipod hard drive to another size and generation. The main reason for this is that I really want to play Zodtt's N64 emulator, but cant because my so-called 3G 8 gig is actually a 2G because apple never decided to updgrade the performance. So.. can I send it to apple and have them updgrade it for me?

Nope. Apple isn't in the business of creating custom iPods. There is no 16GB in the third generation so your options would be to leave things as they are or to trade yours in for a 10% discount off a third generation 32GB which would make the price $269. If you bought yours at Best Buy, you can get more for it there in the form of a gift card. Go to BestBuy.com and follow the trade in link to estimate its value.
