Democratic Impeachment Process:?

First, there are no grounds for impeaching President Obama.

Second, its Congress who does the impeaching, not the Courts, the people, Fox News, or anybody here.

The House can bring up impeachment charges and vote on it. But you also need the Senate to convict.

Since you ask. The grounds for Impeachment is High Crimes or Misdemeanors. Obama ordered the DEA not to enforce the Federal Drug Laws in Ca. at the Marijuana stores. That is Obstruction of Justice, a Federal Felony.

Just because you do not like a person does not mean there are any grounds to impeach. What had he done that is an actual crime.... also impeachment does not nasally the end of him in office... Clinton was impeached.

This is not an option and probably won't be until one of Obamas "issues" from the past is exposed, then Congress will turn on him in a heartbeat.

Congress has to bring "impeachment" proceedings and you know with the way that Congress "protects" Obama, that won't happen. Possibly even the elections this year, IF enough Repubs can gain seats......................very IFFY though.

If anyone should have been impeached, it would have been Bush for a) consipiring with his brother, Jeb Bush, to steal the 2000 presidential election b) misleading the American public about the dangers of non-existent WMDs in Iraq, leading to war and the deaths of 5,000 American troops and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis c) revealing the identity of a CIA operative (a federal felony) - you can't tell me that didn't come from the top d) torture of people in US custody e) violation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act which makes it illegal for the govt. to spy on Americans outside of the unreasonable search and seizure clause of the 4th Amendment without special court supervision and finally f) violation of the civil rights of numerous Americans who were illegally spied on in contravention of the already mentioned 4th Amendment.

Obama made it CLEAR during the Campaign that He Despised America and was going to: "CHANGE IT".

I think there will be after more republicans win the Nov elections. The liberals have all the power now and they are scared of Obama.

There has never been this much corruption in our govt- they have to find something !

Unfortunately stealing from future generations and conning gullible groupies isn't considered a high crime.

Maybe the Republicans could impeach him for being too intelligent.
