Have you been into the limit that?

Have you been into the limit that you don't want to play Martial Arts anymore prior to some reasons, if so, what are those and what did you do to recover.

Looking for good feedback.

Yes I am, and it was personal issue, so I have to quit for a while then go back in practice as long as I gained some good recovery.

I quit TKD over it back in the day. The prevalence of the Olympic style started coming here and there was a bunch of drama between instructors, couple that with us having to change dojangs. It stopped being enjoyable.

I am at the end of my rope in life right now and barely training compared to what I used to.
