when downloading I get sound and no picture. What can I do?

    Sounds like your missing a video codec. This can be a common problem with .avi files that people download using Bittorrent. Look at the file type of the file you're trying to download. Then go to the website for the company that produces your video player and see if they have or recommend a codec pack for that type of file.
