What does Pcs W/ Major Contingency mean?
I was looking online for houses for sale. This was listed under status. Not sure what it means.

I don't know, but my guess would be that there is an offer pending with a major contingency.
Pending contract sale? Pending contingent sale?
The major contingency could be something like the folks making the offer must sell their home before they can close.

I'm not sure what PCS means, but a contingency means that there's a contract but it's contingent on something happening, probably the person whose buying the house has to sell his first. Maybe PSC may have something to do with a pending contract. Maybe Pending Contingent Sale.
