What are some Great Prayers of the Bible?
I am working on a Prayer Room and need help finding all the great prayers in the Bible from the Great Men and Women who have served our Lord.... It will make a Great Book of Remembrance for Prayer!!

David is, by far, the best in my opinion. read any of the Psalms that he wrote and you will see some of the best, most sincere prayers in the bible. Soloman also had some good ones, as did many of the prophets. Jesus, of course, prayed to the Father all the time, so don't forget Him. My favorate short prayer is from Peter..."Lord, save me!" (while sinking in Galilee).

One of my favorite theologians, Anne Lammott, contends that there are really only two prayers:
1) Help me! Help me! Help me!
and
2) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Probably my favorite Biblical prayer is Psalm 51
