Do you mean mods? There are many places on the internet you can find mods for the game. I've herad it highly recommended to install the unofficial oblivion patch. If you look around and google it you'll find others, and I'd recommend the beauty patch and better bodies patch, as the oblivion characters are rather ugly to begin with. I'm not sure what you mean by "quest helping addons". Why would you need help with quests? Oblivion is a great game and cheating would ruin it.

Honestly, just have fun, this is a game where you don't even have to complete a single quest. However since you obviously haven't ever played anything except for warcraft, ever, this game will probably be much too difficult for you. I wish you GL, you will need it.
