But matt on the other hand has been with the WWE for 10 years and is a veteran. He deserves to be higher than where he is.

Matt Hardy is one of the most famous superstars for stirring up internet fans with his tweets, posts, blogs, etc. When he was in a feud with his brother Jeff, He posted similar messages like him being overshadowed by his younger brother's sucess and such. He has also been known to bend the truth a bit, like one time he posted " Why do i always get the short end of the stick?" and many fans thought that he was talking about his status with WWE, when actually, he was talking about having to pay the tip at dinner after a Smackdown taping. Kinda funny. World champion? Yes, he beat Swagger on ECW before, so it makes sense to beat him on Smackdown.

He's defended it 3 times.

I agree though. McIntyre is a good wrestler, but he is getting the superstar treatment that Batista, Sheamus & Cena get.

It's not fair and, unfortunately, after this Matt Hardy might not be in WWE much longer.

Interesting. I don't know if he's serious or not, but in a way he has a point. But then again, Vince wants what's best for WWE, and Drew McIntyre is the future. As much as I hate to admit it, Matt Hardy is not world champion material. His heel turn wasn't that great and his run as heel wasn't that great. He's not versatile and as a face he's not majorly over. I mean he has his fan base, but he does have a lot of haters. He isn't world champion material, he has no real gimmick. But then you have Drew who has got off to a great start in WWE and exactly like Sheamus, he got pushed quickly into being a champion. Now look at Sheamus, he is looking amazing and he IS the future of the WWE. Drew has held the IC title well and he brings a sense of variety with his nationality. So you can say Drew hasn't done much to become champ, but then you can say that about Sheamus too. But just look at Sheamus. He's proved myself and all the doubters wrong. He's the future. And Drew is going that way too. Matt Hardy has had 10 years or whatever to prove himself. Vince may make some stupid decisions, but all in all he isn't stupid. He will push the guys that will make him the most money and that will be more successful. Drew will be more successful than Matt Hardy. Matt hasn't been a world champ in his time in WWE, but Drew, it's just a matter of time. Matt is an awesome wrestler, but his downfall was being in WWE with his brother. Jeff can't wrestle he just entertains, but that's what gets you fans. Jeff was so over as a face and he will always be one of the most popular superstars WWE has ever had. But Matt is always known as Jeff's brother. And I do think Matt is a better wrestler than Jeff, because to me Jeff just entertained and he was a daredevil not a wrestler. But that's what fans like, and Vince will push what the fans like. That's why Jeff got world titles and Matt didn't. Matt won't ever get a world title imo, i hate to say it because I love the guy.And the amount of titles you win, doesn't mean you should be pushed more or given world titles. Okay Matt has won multiple tag title, but that's cause of Jeff. Without Jeff, Matt wouldn't still be in WWE today. And yes he was US champion in a pretty decent fued with MVP, but injuries took that little push away from him. And he was ECW champ on a failing show, nothing really to be proud of there. So Drew is being pushed over Matt because Drew he tons of potential whereas Matt imo is already past his prime. His appearance is dropping, his wrestling ability is dropping because of injuries. He shouldn't complain because he has had an awesome career, but hating on other superstars won't get him far at all. Drew one way or the other deserves his title reign and thats how it is. Matt shouldn't complain and he should be grateful for the chances he's been given which one way or the other have ended as a fail. So no Matt shouldn't be world champion by now because he would be a risky champion.

And on your additional note, Shelton Benjamin was a jobber but it wasn't because he was never given a shot. Back in 2004/2005 he was given ample chance and even got wins over the rising Triple H. Shelton's gimmick failed and the fans never connected with him. So why have a champion that your fans don't care for one way or the other whether you're heel or face. Shelton messed up his chances cause of the gimmick but he was given ample chance. He was never gonna get higher than he did with his character. Also, Kane wants to job apparently and his career is nearly over so why push him now. Christian is given many chances too, he was a great champion of ECW and the face of ECW, what more do you want? He's only just gone to Raw, you can't just make him world champion straight away. Christian has gotten A LOT from WWE, so did Shelton.

Matt Hardy has done nothing either. He was there when Jeff grew up and reached Main Events, Matt was there at that time, but he lost all opportunites. He does not have anything which the fans like.

But yeah, Drew sucks too.
