Does Michio Kaku and Neil Degrasse Tyson give open seminars ?
I thought I saw something on their websites about them touring giving seminars open to the public.. but I cant locate that information anywhere.

Tyson's site does have a link to his scheduled public appearances, with the next one coming up in June at his planetarium.
Kaku doesn't seem to have a published schedule, so it's safe to assume that he doesn't have anything planned for the foreseeable future.
It is possible to inquire directly, by e-mailing them on their sites' contact links. The worst thing that might happen is you'll get no response back if their aides are too busy. But write to them, and be specific about what you're interested in. As celebrities it's in their interests to be as helpful as possible.
