Rip off the front page where your address is and give them away. The US army collects them to give to soldiers to read in war. You can find other organizations who would want them.

Depends on the magazines, some deserve to go in the trash, others would be an encouragement to folks. I bring several of my magazine to waiting rooms (Dr. office, car repair, etc.) and see if they are interested. Others I take to nursing homes and ask if they would like them. As a last resort, there are paper recycling locations that accept magazines. Not much value, but they don't end up in landfill.

there r lots of people who would like something to read.. so sent the good ones to some nursing home or to the library... the others can be given to the recycling plant...or either u can start renting out the good ones 4 some money.. it should not be too much though...

you can take them t the nearest recycling bank: http://www.recycle-more.co.uk/banklocator/bankloca...
if you're a bit more creative why not use them to make a collage?

Take them to a preschool or nursing home. The schools use them for art projects and the nursing homes will allow others to read them too!

You seriously don't recycle your paper in the US...?
You could eat it to permanently gain its knowledge...!

Doctors surgery, hospital waiting room, dentist waiting room. Local school for 'mosaics' and art/craft or your local care home - all of these would appreciate your donation

You can use those old mags on your scrapbooks (if you have). or send them into recycling companies...
