Layla Women's Champion?
I think Layla is a decent diva, and it's good to see another black person get a push, but I would rather see her with the Diva's Championship. The Divas are getting worse every week. Who do we have on Smackdown? Michelle McCool (decent, but overrated), Tiffany (decent), Layla (decent, but pushed too early), Kelly Kelly and Rosa (both suck), and Beth (great, but out with an injury).
The divas are going down the drain. I miss the days of Trish, Lita, Molly Holly, Victoria, Chyna, and Ivory. Now we have Barbies and about 5 good divas. I still can't believe that they released Mickie James and Katie Lea and would rather have Barbies flipping around in the ring. I will give Layla a chance though.
What are your thoughts?

Yeah well like you said, there isn't much to work with right now, so who else they could really give it to on smackdown? I mean Natalya deserved it along time ago on smackdown but never even got pushed, but know there isn't much on smackdown.
I also agree that back then with Victoria, Jackie, Ivory, Trish, Lita, Molly Holly, Jazz, and Chyna, that crop of divas was great. I think that might have been the best crop of womens wrestlers together at one point and time. Ivory and Jackie are womens wrestling legends to me, and I wish that division could get back to those days.
Back to Layla, she is decent, and lets see what WWE can do with this.

The second I saw Layla won the title, I was like "OH MY ******* GOD!!!! LAYLA BECAME WOMEN'S CHAMPION!!!!?" I went absolutely ballistic and was like "OH, MY GOD!! OH MY GOD!!" I am absolutely shocked! Yeah, your right, Layla would make a decent champion.
