You could go to an allergist and have them do a nut panel on you. However if there is a nut that you suspect may be an allergen to you, do a scratch test.
Take a clean (pass it through a flame and let it cool off) needle and lightly scratch the skin of your inner arm. Not too deep so that it bleeds, just enough to be considered a light scrape (albeit a long narrow one) and rub the nut that you suspect you're allergic to.
If you get an itching, severe redness, hives, or any abnormal reaction...go to an allergist and tell them that you suspect that nut.

If you have an allergic reaction to them. However, you do not want to find out this way. If you think you are allergic to nuts, then see your doctor. An allergist can do skin tests to determine if you are sensitive. This is the best way to find out without having an emergency reaction to nuts. You do not want to undergo anaphylactic shock to find out.

You can go to a doctor and get tested (for most allergies). It can be expensive though.
