Who do you think will win the Giro and the Tour of California?

Now that the Giro has been thrown open by what happened today does anybody think that Vinokourov, Evans etc. could get back the time they lost or will there be a surprise winner. Also who will come out on top in Cali, Zabriske, Rogers, Leipheimer or someone else?

    The Giro is anyones' guess, because of the semi-consistent bad weather. For the Tour of California, I would say Levi or Lance.
