What's the modern kind of freight car brake?

So when I was learning about airbrakes, there was "AB" valves. Then they came out with ABD valves. Then I heard about ABDW and ABDX valves which might have been competing.

What valves today are commonly found on freight cars?

For freight cars, looks to me like you guys got 'em all, except the ABEL and ABDWEL. The 'EL' stands for 'E'mpty or 'L'oaded, As its name suggests, compensation in operation occurs automatically predicated on whether the car is loaded or empty. (If a car with EL brakes makes empty while en route, there is a procedure to follow to reset the mechanisms involved for proper brake function).

The majority are ABDX and ABDW as far as i know,I think they have an ABDXL now too.I don't really pay that much attention to that part of my job.Maybe a carman will weigh in with their expertise as that's their specialty.
