What time does iOS4 come out tomorrow?

As we all know, Apple's iPhone annual update is coming out tomorrow. I was just wondering what time (Eastern) it is coming out. Thanks!

    It will be downloaded via software update whenever Apple decides to activate the update. plug your iphone, ipod touch in. click the check for updates button to check.

    Apple rolls it out. Meaning that only a certain number of users will get access at a time. I remember for the last update I couldnt update till the next day.
