Can a tourist buy and register a car in Florida?
I have a nephew coming up to visit and he is staying 3 months, so he wanted to buy a car instead of renting one. He is evidently not a resident, but a tourist. Can he do this? Thanks!

Yes he can. He will just need to use your address. It's best to do this with a dealer because they will issue him a temp tag and reg. at that address, and the DMV will mail the originals to that address. This is done a lot and it's legal
