Whatever happened to Ana Ivanovic? Lost the 1st Round at Wimby. Does she have hope for another Grand Slam?

She has great chances of winning another Slam. Young and talented, she just needs to mature and strengthen her nerves.

No she's not done for. Ivanovic is a young player, she is just having problems inside her mind. Once she overcomes those she is going to become a great champion.

Unfortunately...Ivanovic had a really tough draw at Wimbledon facing an in-form Shahar Peer (ranked #14). Ana has been steadily climbing back to form, even though it may be hard to seem, but just a tough draw. And now, unfortunately, her ranking is probably going to be around 60-70 because she's going to lose many points (QF's last year)

But there is still hope for her, no need to worry about that

I personally think Wimbledon (the grass) is her worst grand slam. The French/Aussie open are better suited for her (as shes has already won the french).

But, there are players who seem to be dominating particular grand slams like Henin the french open, Serena the aussie open, Serena/Venus Wimbledon.

But the US open is more open, so she can target that, but not this year, her aim shud be, to go deep, and not put so much pressure on herself.

I think she will win another slam in bout 3/4 years, similar to Kuznetsova. Winning slams is not easy.

I think it's going to take awhile before she contends for Grand Slams again (and I think she will). She really needs to get her confidence back. It's been a constant uphill struggle for her since Roland Garros 2008 and somehow she needs to hit the reset button. I like that she's not playing too many tournaments; that's going to help her in the long run.

She's a choker...like Samantha Stosur. Can't live up to the expectation. Oh well, like Nadal who wears an expensive watch....these two should get a jeweler to make them a really nice choker around their necks. HAHAHHAHA.

Having no friends on the tour must really be getting to her :|
