    Just couch it by saying:

    Just for the record, I'm totally not gay; and although there seems to be a lot of men having sex in here; "the more the merrier."

    I don't really get why it sounds gay too. Maybe the merrier thing brings up merry men, like Robin Hood tights??? I'm not that imaginative, only when provoked.
