laws on dogs barking?

Question

I have 5 dogs and they dont bark all day only when they are playing or someone comes to the door.
My neighbors at either side are saying they bark all night and have reported us to the council.These people tried to stop us from getting the house before we moved in and have decided they do not like us before they know us.We are nice people and i guess some people would love us as neighbors but these two are determined to get us out

no, i mean what can they make you do after all,, obviouisly they cant take away your dogs,, it just seems like you have mean neighbors. Where i live,, i think we rnt supposed to have more that 3 dogs just becuase of not being able to take care of them(in my neighborhood) because its very expensive neighborhood and people like the quiet but i know a family who have 5 mini poodles!!! i have 2 dogs who also bark when they play but i stop them very fast,, i think u just need to keep them quiet for a while cuz it is annoying for me when my dogs bark when im sleeping

The owner of the dog needs to know how to "operate" the dog, same way you can get into a car that's in perfect running order but if you don't know how to drive you won't have much luck making the car go anywhere. If the owner doesn't know how to maintain the training, the dog will soon become untrained again. Read more here https://tr.im/uPp6S 

People seem to think that once a dog is trained, that's it. Not true. You must reinforce the dog's training every single day in some way. It's best if the owner and the dog go together to get trained. As a professional trainer once said to me "We can train any dog in 2 days. It takes longer to train the owners
