Cradle the glasses in your palms with the front facing away from you. Brace your hands around the outside of the frames and press on the corner that is closest to the nose bridge. The corner, not the middle part and definitely NOT the center of the lens. That corner should pop out with a loud "Crack". Don't worry, you won't break the glasses. Work your way around the lens till you get to opposite corner. Work your way around the other way until you get to that same opposite corner. You'll need to do that for the other side. Reverse the process to put the new lenses in.
