What are things that lighten up your mood?

A gift that I was blessed for a sunny side of cheer in my heart, that makes it so easy for me to lighten up my mood even into its gloomiest time of my life..

I may find any beauty to appreciate in nature whether in my surroundings or within me..

There is always "something" beautiful even into a tiniest thing that one may find around in the surroundings, or in nature.

Whether from the people I cherish..near or far.

The leaves, flowers, and the trees..

The birdies, skies and sounds that I love..

Whether in peace, dreaming or virtualy..

Smiles, laughs, fragrances and candle lit,

City lights..'seen from a window.

Or the gentle breeze in the morning, wonderful sunsets and serenity at dusk..

A silent night..

Moonlits, starlits and the darker skies at night..

Something sweet, or something bitter sweet..

Something icy, spicy or hot..

Something like lemons or oranges too..

Something aromatic or tasty and good.

It always give a spark in the heart as soon as after savouring or glancing into it..

It isn't just a belief that's made up to adhere, But it is a fact that truly exists..

To enjoy it in any good ways that I can..

it's strange... but it'e the truth, when I read Quran, i feel that the world is peaceful, i know it's not, and there is no tiny thing i worry about
