What is the name of this movie? Its about a kidnapping?

The father gets cracked over with a bat and Its on from there.. Hint its not TAKEN and I dont know who is in it someone was telling me about it.

    Law Abiding Citizen, it starts off with the father getting hit over the head with a bat. But his family is killed, not kidnapped.
