There is no advantage. Male bikers just shave there legs basically for the same reason women do, it just looks better and makes you legs more defined. It's also like putting on your war paint, it says to all others "I'm very serious about cycling, I'm not just some newbie in a joy ride."
I mean, who wants to see a guy (or girl for that matter) in spandex bike shorts with hair sticking out all over? That's gross.

It's more for road rash and you get a better massage. It have very little to do with aerodynamics. It does help in swimming where the drag coefficient is a lot higher.

If you crash, having shaved legs keeps hair out of any rashes, allowing them to heal faster & cleaner. And massages "take" better to shaved legs.

Studies show that there is next to nothing of an advantage, not anything that will increase your speed.
Infact, the sports people who do it admitted that the only do it because the lycra outfits fit better.
