How can I open a Word 6.0 file?

I've tried text and the new word versions.

    Word 95-2010 should open it. If not, try Open Office Writer http://www.openoffice.org/ (it's free). If not, the file may be corrupt.

    Word 2002 (XP) and probably 2003 can read Word 6 documents.
