Does the legal principle "audi alteram partem" apply in Austria?

Also, can a legal process be conducted without notifying me?

Thanks for your help!!!

Yes of course that principle applies in Austria.

It applies in every country in the EU and in Europe even.

It is one of the fundamental principles of what we call a Rechtsstaat.

Second question no there can not be a process without notifying you.

If you mean if you can be judged without being present yes that can be done it is called Verurteilung in Abwesenheit.

BTW this section is Travel Austria not law and justice
