why do we need to arrest DNA test etc a lady who refused to give a ball back yet no DNA testing or arrests?

is this government run by insanity ? or are the sane people locked up in sanatoriums?

    Read the proper report.

    In this case, YES. There was no other choice and she was given a number of chances.

    Nothing to do with the government but the sheer idiocy of her and her neighbour.
