Nose piercing bump thing? Should I lance it?

So, I got my nose pierced about a month ago and have had no problems until now. I noticed my nose starting to get a bit sore and saw nothing on the outside of the nose itself. But on the inside of my nostril right under the piercing is a little white bump and oh god does it ache if I touch it. My question is one: What the hell is it?! and two: if I should go ahead and pop it with a needle.

I am going to the beach tomorrow and I know that will help it some because of the salt water. So should I lance it tonight and let the salt water get at it or leave it alone?
