Well, they had to blame someone - Tony Hayward didn't create the mess all by

himself - he is the scape goat - the real responsible party or parties are STILL there

in addition to the failure of the US government who gave permission, approval

and sanction to build the rig to begin with. No one in their right mind can say

yeah - Tony Hayward is responsible for it all - that does not wash or should I

say whitewash the real problem as to why and how this happened. They don't

want you to know - which is why you really don't know
